Tooth#44 heavily restored with amalgam restoration ,
Caries and amalgam restoration was removed, the tooth was restored with composite restoration after endodontic treatment and fiber post placement ,
BOPT was done , temporary 3D printed crown was designed and printed ,
Then final zirconia crown was provided after stabilization of the case .
