In the treatment of adolescents, I always follow the principle of delaying root canal treatment as much as possible, if of course it is feasible. In this case, there were no symptoms of pulpitis or periodontitis. The teeth are vital. The total treatment time was almost two hours.
What is interesting is that in such large cavities I use Ever X Flow Bulk Fill as a second layer of composite to reduce polymerization stress and shrinkage. After that, Empress A2 Dentin is used as the dentin layer, and for the enamel layer I use Spectra A2 / Asteria OcE.
