After initial cleaning and caries removal , i plan to restore it with indirect ”onlay “
and preserve the distal part
Fortunately, After good inspection of the hidden distal part ,
I found that there is decalcified area and should be removed , so my plan shift to the indirect overlay to cover all the tooth .
